Event Details | It was great seeing you all at our end-of-summer pool event at The St. Regis Deer Valley! These events are always special, as we share great conversations, and enjoy another memorable experience together. Now, we’re excited to look ahead to our next adventure at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird, where we’ll celebrate Oktoberfest with festive food, drinks, great company and vibrant mountain atmosphere. We look forward to seeing all of you and continuing the celebration together! The event will include both indoor and outdoor experiences, a light jacket is recommended for your comfort.
Final guarantee | will be due Tuesday, September 29 by noon
Accommodations | Special day function rate starting at $99 before tax and resort fees is being extended to Prost Utah event registrants.
Guests will make their own lodging reservations directly with snowbird Center Reservation by calling 1-800-453-3000 or by emailing lodging@snowbird.com
Overnight guests will be provided with a spa access voucher and a scenic tram voucher.
Cost for Event | $65 for Travel Advisor UT Members, $75 for Supplier UT Members, $85 for Non Members
Directions | The only way to access Snowbird is via SR-210 in Little Cottonwood Canyon.The event will take place at The Cliff Lodge (Snowbird entry 4) in the Golden Cliff room, on Lower-Level L1. We will have signage in the main entrance lobby to directs participants in the right direction. Parking | Free self parking Optional valet parking is available at the Cliff Lodge, currently $30 per vehicle per night for lodging guests and $50 for day visitors. Here is a link to our parking map: Parking | Snowbird The Batch lot in the center is the most logical spot to self-park, though you also have the Superior lot and Bypass road parking areas, all at a walking distance and surrounding the Cliff lodge.
